Nicole Richie has a fabulous beach body - and now we know why.
The 31-year-old mother-of-two was spotted on a jog in the warm sands of St Barts in a form-revealing outfit on Saturday. The former reality television star has spent the last week holidaying with her pal and fellow yummy mummy Jessica Alba in the Caribbean paradise.

While lightly jogging on the shoreline Nicole wore cut-off denim shorts that showed off her toned legs.
In the warm climate, the former The Simple Life star kept cool in a brightly coloured bikini top as she tucked her shoulder-length tresses under a Stetson style fedora.
Her highly recognisable face was shielded from the bright glare of the Caribbean sun with a pair of horn-rimmed sunglasses
The television personality kept a good pace on her jaunt as the aqua blue surf kissed her ankles during the bit of exercise.

And Nicole was positively glowing as she worked up a sweat in the idyllic beach setting.
Later in the day she returned to the sand in a black triangle top bikini.
The shallow shores were safe enough for Nicole to keep her favourite fedora on, shielding her eyes with a pair of thick-rimmed black glasses.

She showed off her skills in the waves as she climbed aboard a mid-sea platform and expertly dove into the glowing Atlantic Ocean.
The daughter of Lionel Richie also kept her toned figure on display as she waded in the water while chatting with friends.
Although, her figure has not always been so athletic.

Seven years ago Nicole caused shock waves as she hit the beach in a bikini, revealing a scarily skinny figure.
But these days the Fashion Star judge has maintained a far healthier physique, through vigorous exercise and balanced meal planning.
And her day of beach jogging showed off all her hard work.
Nicole has been holidaying with Jessica, 31, and a group of friends in the French West Indies,
However there was no sign of her husband Joel Madden and their two children Harlow, four, and Sparrow, three.
Nicole recently admitted she takes style tips from her children as they like to give her brutally honest feedback on her outfits.

She explained last month: 'I was wearing these polka-dot harem pants the other day and my daughter said to me, 'Mom, why are you wearing your pyjamas out?'
